| Who Should Attend: | Anyone who is designated to operate service truck cranes including both dedicated operators, whose primary job is the operation of a service truck crane, and nondedicated operators who use a mobile crane as another tool in performing their job including, but not limited to, maintenance personnel, test personnel, and crane inspectors that operate service truck cranes to perform their specific work duties. Safety personnel and managers of service truck crane operators are encouraged to attend as well. |

| Course Description: | This training is intended for anyone who operates a service truck crane during load handling activities including maintenance and inspection personnel. The information presented in this course teaches individuals the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) §1926 Subpart CC regulations and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers B30.5 “Service Truck and Locomotive Cranes” standard requirements for service truck crane operation. Our Service Truck Crane Operator course includes both a classroom presentation and a hands-on practical (operation test). OSHA and National Consensus Standards require that anyone operating a service truck crane be provided training that includes a written and practical training and examination (operational test) on the type of service truck crane they will operate. The type of cranes the training can be completed for include Hydraulic cranes, Crawler Cranes, Carry Deck cranes and Commercial Truck-Mounted Telescopic Boom Cranes. |
