Adrian has served as a trainer and consultant to such companies as Exxon, Shell, Chevron, Waste Management, Halliburton, Schlumberger, Popeyes, Superior Energy Services and many other national and international organizations. He has decades of experience speaking and facilitating various groups from 3 to 300 on a wide range of topics. He’s presented hundreds of seminars to thousands of people.
He was chosen to teach in the ASTD Training and Development Certification Program, where he had the unique opportunity to train and certify other trainers. He was also chosen to teach in the Master’s program for Instructional Design at the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. These opportunities afforded him the privilege of influencing the future of the training and development field.
